CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
We offer classes to fit your busy schedule - from early mornings to late evenings - we're here for you.
OUR FOCUS IS YOU!
STEP INTO FITNESS
If you are new to fitness this class is a great way to start. It's also set up for those who are not new to fitness, as you pick your own dumbbell weights and go at your own pace. Step into Fitness provides a mix of Cardio, Weights, Balance and Core - this all levels class will challenge your muscles in different ways, motivate and improve your fitness level. No two classes are alike – appropriate for all - customize the level of each work out to match your fitness level.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Need some one-on-one? Then personal training is for you! You will meet with your trainer and focus on your goals. Your workouts will fit your abilities and fitness level. Sessions are one hour. Click on the "CONTACT" tab in the website menu above to inquire or make an appointment.
TONE IT UP
This class incorporates using weights for strengthening and adding a mix of cardio to keep up the heart rate. It's a great overall workout to get ready for that vacation or swimsuit season!

TRANSFORMATION
This is a great way to get an all over body work out. Class is set up for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for each exercise. You will move through different stations and YOU decide the pace and the weight you want to use. You will incorporate weights to increase your strength and body weight moves to get your heart rate up! This class is for all levels and can be adjusted to push you or accommodate any injury or modification.

EXHALE FIT
Exhale Fit is a great class to burn fat and gain strength. Strength training offers many health benefits including an increase in the number of calories burned. The more muscle you have in your body, the more calories you burn through every day. Strength training is the best way to gain muscle mass and lose body fat. This is a class where you pick the weight you want to lose and focus on you!
Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:00 AM
YOGA
Yoga is a gentle, basic class. It will be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises. This is a good place to learn relaxation techniques, beginner poses and become comfortable with yoga. For those of you who are more advanced in your practice, you are welcome to take these poses to your level.

Saturday Strength & Stretch
This class is perfect for beginners and those who are new to exercise!
*Dynamic stretches: Warm up your body with active movements
*Strength training: Build muscle and improve your overall fitness with body weight or add weights
*Flexibility exercises: Increase your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.
Tuesdays, Thursday 4:15pm
*Saturday 8:00am (not valid with memberships-drop in or 10 package only)
SOUL SURVIVAL SERIES*
Bring what you need to get comfy – pillows/mats/blankets – and a journal and pen.

How to Sign Up for Classes
Please read this helpful information before you scroll below:
We use the FREE Vagaro app for all of our class bookings and purchases! If you scroll below, you'll see an interactive graphic of the Vagaro app where you can browse our classes, rates and more. When you're ready to sign up, you will need to download the FREE Vagaro app to your smartphone from the Apple or Android app stores.
1) Vagaro will ask you for your login, or to create a login if you're a first-time user.
2) You can browse our class schedule week-by-week.
3) You must purchase a single class, package or membership first, then you can officially sign up for a class. Purchase anywhere from one class to an unlimited number of classes through the "Memberships & Packages" tab!
